Maliki calls for the next parliament to focus on legislation Kqanona strategic oil infrastructure

Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki , on Tuesday, the House of Representatives next to focus on legislation Kqanona strategic oil and gas, infrastructure , stressing that the next stage should be focused on the completion of the state's institutions .
Maliki said during a meeting at the government palace heads of missions of foreign countries operating in Baghdad , said that " the next stage should be focused on the completion of the state institutions of the establishment of the Federal Council and the Supreme Council for the oil , gas and other institutions that directly affect the country's stability and prosperity ."
Maliki called the House of Representatives next to " focus on strategic legislation , such as the oil and gas law and other infrastructure ."
He was a member of the Finance Committee parliamentary Ozmn Hassan confirmed on Tuesday (27 May 2014 ) , the House of Representatives will not hold its meetings to approve the draft budget because of the busy political blocs and alliances to form a government .
The decision of the House of Representatives said Mohammed al-Khalidi , in ( the fifth of May 2014 ) , that the Parliament is disabled because of political differences and problems between the Governments of the blocks center and the region , pointing out that the resumption of such meetings linked to resolve these differences .
