Barzani: we'll deduct 17 percent of oil revenues and will deliver to the rest of Baghdad

Minister nechirvan Barzani, the Kurdish government, the territory will charge 17 percent of oil revenues and the rest to Baghdad, adding that the region is able to export 250,000 bpd, accused Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki to "disconnect" salaries.
Barzani said by Parliament today and his disciple "alsumaria news", that "the territory will charge 17 percent of oil revenues and the rest to Baghdad", stating that "the region exported oil in accordance with the petroleum law of Parliament in 2013.
Barzani added that "the territory can currently export 250,000 bpd and that it seeks to raise the exports to 500,000 bpd by the end of this year," adding that he "is ready to export oil to the Kurdish Parliament for all its aspects in transparency".
Barzani stressed that the region follow the same mechanism the company Sumo in the sale of oil and is committed to transparency, "pointing out that" export is an important step towards the economic independence of the territory ".
Barzani said the Kurdish region had two choices either delivery or export "step," Al-Maliki accused the territory's budget and cutting staff salaries ".
Hosted by the Parliament of the Kurdistan region, Iraq earlier Wednesday (28 may 2014), Chairman of the regional government nechirvan Barzani to clarify the causes of the financial crisis in Kurdistan and the export of oil to the world markets, said Barzani told the Parliament that the Constitution has no clause empowers the company Sumo exclusively to sell oil.

The oil Ministry announced, (23 May 2014), judicial proceedings against the Ministry of natural resources in Kurdistan's oil without the consent of Baghdad, started legal action against Turkey and company botash for having breached the agreement signed between the two countries in 2010.
Turkish Energy Minister Taner Yildiz said, (22 may 2014) to Kurdistan Iraq started exporting the first shipment of crude oil through the Turkish port of Ceyhan on the Mediterranean, despite the longstanding dispute with Baghdad over oil revenue-sharing.
