[Follow-up - where]Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari said "the Iraqi Kuwaiti relations reached a very advanced stage."Zebari said in a press statement on the sidelines of the ministerial conference of the 17th Non-Aligned Movement, which was held in Algeria that "the relations of Kuwait - Iraq was part of our discussions with the First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on the sidelines of the conference," noting that "our meetings always positive, friendly and practical, this Ministerial Conference to take a decision in the final document reflects the situation between Iraq and Kuwait. ""The decision supports and encourages cooperation and rapprochement between the two countries and commends the progress made on the implementation of Security Council resolutions relevant," adding, "We have arrived at a very advanced stage in our relations after what we have done to solve all the existing issues."Zebari stressed "the continuation and continue cooperation between the two countries has opened consulates of Kuwait in Basra and Erbil will be later renamed consuls in addition to cooperation in the field of investment between the two countries," noting "there is coordination and close cooperation between the two countries in international fora we have exchanged some views on the coordination of positions."On the visit of Emir of Kuwait Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah to Iran scheduled on Sunday described the Iraqi Foreign Minister visit "and the mission to which we attach great hopes in the region."Zebari said that "everyone is waiting to visit the Emir of Kuwait and Kuwaiti officials for what earned by Tehran of great importance."Referred to the official relations between Iraq and Kuwait have seen several developments described as positive over the past months, to end the outstanding issues between the two countries, especially after the withdrawal of Iraq from international sanctions imposed on it in the seventh item, by the UN Security Council.
