Central bank: money did not convey to the Green Zone because it is reserved in global banks
BAGHDAD - Iraq Press - June 16: Central Bank of Iraq, denied in a statement, Monday, "withdraw any amount, which provides in its vaults to any party," asserting that "all reserves are reserved to global central banks outside of Iraq."
