Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, on Thursday, that Iraq had bought used aircraft model "Sukhoi" from both Russia and Belarus (Belarus).
Maliki said in a statement for "BBC", "The missions of these aircraft will be implemented during the next few days," adding that "the United States continues to delay the sale of the F - 16 of Iraq."
Maliki was confirmed, earlier on Thursday (June 26, 2014), that Syria carried out air strikes against militants of the "Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant" (Daash), near the Iraqi border a few days ago.
