Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani, on Thursday, that the right of self-determination for the Kurds do not need a license from one.

Barzani said in a statement issued after a meeting Baknasal and representatives of foreign countries in Arbil, said that "the growing power of terrorism in Iraq is very scary, and respond to joint international action," noting that "the terrorists were able from the city of Raqqa Syrian approaching Baghdad and control over many areas."
