Civil Alliance threatens to resort to the Federal Court for not accepting his running mate for the presidency of the parliament

For its part, the MP said Sunrise Alabegi that "a quorum was complete and was the prime age to move the session to elect a speaker and two deputies, but what happened is sacrificing the interests of the people in order to sectarian quotas."
The Iraqi Council of Representatives has postponed its second-to-day on Tuesday, in a move that shows the size of the gap and the differences between the political blocs on the distribution of high-level positions.
It was scheduled to be called the Council today boss and his two deputies. And Sunni blocs agreed on the nomination of Salim al for the job.
The political divisions comes amid an unprecedented security crisis where Daash dominated by militants last month, large parts of the north and west of the country.
