Sulaimaniya (Forat) –The head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, chaired a delegation composes of Adel Abdul Mahdi, MP Baqer al-Zubaidi and Sheikh Mohamed al-Mula and they visited the former President of Iraq, Jalal Talabani, at his residence in Sulaimaniya province.
