U.S. newspaper: Maliki form of military units from Mosul to restore "Daash"

The newspaper quoted U.S. officials as saying, "The government of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, outgoing, and agreed on the formation of combat units, numbering more than 10 thousand troops to restore Mosul."
