Obama: appoint the head of the new Iraqi government is an important step

In a speech in Washington on Tuesday, Obama said he Abadi appoint as prime minister the footsteps of Iraq "promising step" toward the formation of a government representing the greater Iraqi society.
For his part, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry in Sydney, Australia on Tuesday, the leaders of Iraq need to restore the confidence of citizens to take steps to demonstrate the strength of their resolve.
Kerry called the new Iraqi prime minister Haidar al-Abbadi to the formation of the new Iraqi government as soon as possible, stressing that the new government must include representatives from all communities in the country's basic.
The American Secretary of State Washington's willingness to expand the support of Iraq, including in resolving security issues, but he ruled out at the same time the return of American troops to Iraq.
