Twilight News / Cabinet agreed Tuesday to refer the Head Office of Financial Supervision Abdul Basit Turki into retirement.
altThe General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers said in a statement that "the Council of Ministers decided during its regular day to approve the referral of Abdel Basset Turki head of the BSA on retirement for the end of his rule of law."
The statement noted that "assigning tasks Ali Mohsen Ismail's central bank governor and the agency."
The statement added that "the new government will take nominations for the posts of governor of the Central Bank and the Financial Inspection Office and according to the legal institutions and the mechanism set forth therein."
The Council of Ministers also decided to approve the cancellation of the decision of the Council of Ministers No. 371 for the year 2011 on obtaining official approvals for occupancy parties and political entities of the properties belonging to the state.
He attributed the reason to oppose it with the provisions of Article 26 of the law on the sale and lease of state property No. (21) for the year 2013.
The Cabinet decided last year to request the President Office of Financial Supervision Abdul Basit Turki management position of Governor of the Central Bank and the Agency.
