Jaafari concludes visit to Kuwait to meet with Speaker of the Kuwaiti National Assembly

CONCLUDED FOREIGN MINISTER IBRAHIM AL-JAAFARI, A VISIT TO KUWAIT TO MEET WITH THE PRESIDENT OF THE KUWAITI NATIONAL ASSEMBLY MARZOUQ AL-GHANIM, AND WHILE THE TWO SIDES DISCUSSED THE OVERALL SECURITY AND POLITICAL SITUATION IN THE WHOLE REGION, AND BILATERAL RELATIONS BETWEEN IRAQ AND KUWAIT, AND WAYS OF STRENGTHENING THEM, JAAFARI SAID THAT THE IRAQI - KUWAITI RELATIONS HURTLING BY FAR REMARKABLE, AND GOING FORWARD FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE TWO COUNTRIES.
Jaafari said in a statement released by his press office and received "Alsumaria News", a copy of it, that "on Monday was the conclusion of the meetings with Messrs officials in Kuwait, and was meeting with President Marzouk Al-Ghanem and a group of officials of the committees, and the elimination of the Council of the Nation."
Jaafari added that "the meeting was a high degree of importance, and when seen on their perceptions, and follow-up of the Iraqi situation realized keen to develop Iraqi - Kuwaiti relations, and move them upward ways forward, and their willingness to deal with the new situation in Iraq."
He said the Iraqi foreign minister "from us and Avihm news, and developments that have occurred in Iraq at all levels, and talked, and we agreed on the need for joint attribution given that Parliament is the people's house, and we hold high expectations on every parliament in the world and, in particular, the Kuwaiti parliament, due to the treasures, and history old ", pointing out that" we believe that the real approaches between the two communities is the real base of stability between any two countries is through the House of Representatives, because its members representatives of the real people. "
He said al-Jaafari, "and then we draw the same message to the government once, and to the people who elected them again, and go to our brothers and also our dear members of the Iraqi parliament, especially that Mr. Saleem al-Jubouri, and with him a diversified delegation from the Parliament had visited Kuwait, and carry this message."
He concluded Jaafari as saying: "I imagine that the Iraqi - Kuwaiti relations hurtling marked by far, and is on the upward path forward and count them all the best for the benefit of the two countries."
The foreign minister arrived Sunday Ibrahim al-Jaafari (2 this November) to Kuwait on an official visit during which he met with the Emir of the State Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Kuwaiti counterpart and Prime Minister Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah.
