Karbala: to maintain balance in the banks (zero) BD contracts will not be able to pay the salaries and wages

Abizaid said, "We asked the prime minister and the Ministry of Finance to provide funds for the province, but until now we did not find heeded," noting that "there is an advance constrained to maintain and amount owed 50 billion dinars, but the Ministry of Finance has not fired yet."
