President Meets Saudi Foreign Minister in Riyadh

President Fuad Masum, at his residence in Riyadh, discussed today with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud al-Faisal, the relations between the two countries.
The official Saudi Press Agency reported that the two sides discussed a number of matters of common concern.
The agency said that the meeting was attended by Foreign Ministry Undersecretary of Bilateral Affairs, Khalid bin Ibrahim al-Gandan, while attended by the Iraqi side, Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari, internal minister, Mohammed Salem al-Ghaban, financial minister Hoshyar Zebari, planning minister Salman al-Jumaili and National Security Advisor Faleh al-Fayad, as well as Iraq’s ambassador to the Saudi Kingdom Ghanim Alwan al-Jumaili .
President Fuad Masum arrived in Riyadh on Sunday on an official visit during which he was accompanied by a number of ministers and officials.
Masum met the Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz and Crown Prince Salman bin Abdul Aziz. / End
