Kurdistan established for the production of oil company away from the "Sumo"

Iraq's Kurdistan Regional Government announced its intention to establish a 'Kurdistan company for exploration and production of oil.'
According to a statement released Thursday, the site Territory government that the company mentioned 'will draw the plans and preparation of policies and administrative, financial and technical, organization, procedures and managed in line with the oil policy of the region', pointing out that the Minister of the Territory Council approved a project to establish the Company's Act, and referred to Parliament for validation.
The statement said that the company will oversee all areas of the oil and gas sector, including the signing of the exploration, extraction and development of oil and investment, export and marketing contracts, and the extraction and production of oil and gas in the region, Iraq and abroad.
And the oil problem with Baghdad, the statement said that the Prime Minister of the Territory Barzani, stressed 'the government's refusal of the Iraqi oil marketing company controller (SOMO) oil from the region, but it is ready at the same time for cooperation and coordination and to demonstrate transparency with SOMO for the entire extraction and sale of oil process', adding 'will not close the doors of dialogue and negotiation, and we are continuing on the line in Iraq with the United Nations and the United States of America'.
