Twilight news/the House ended its twenty-ninth session held on Saturday headed by Salim Al-jubouri and 217 seats, the second reading of the draft law of the Republic of Iraq to the agreement on international railways in the Arab Mashreq and the annexes thereto, and began to investigate the causes of the fall of Mosul.
At the outset of the session, Al-jubouri called displacement and education committees to Minister to discuss hosting the displaced students, decrying the killings and abductions in Iraq, particularly in Diyala, calling on the defense and security committees and human rights to present their vision in this regard.

He urged MP Abdul Hussein al-Musawi to approach the Ministry of transport to find out reasons for its reservation to the Convention by completing the process of ratifying the Convention may lead to depressed Iraqi ports.
His attorney suggested the presence of Transport Minister Mohamed Naji to a parliamentary session to present the Ministry's point about the usefulness of the Convention.
The Attorney demanded by Jano Rinas law and should be obliged by the Government to the utmost importance.
Ghada Al MP also questioned the usefulness of the Convention under the old railway system and which does not meet the requirements of the current stage.
Briwan MP Musleh was the need to adopt a new version of the Convention, and to match the United Nations agreements.
In its reply to the interventions of the representatives confirmed committees taking into account the proposals that were put forward by emphasizing the importance of the law which will activate the transport and services in line with the Constitution.
Then decided to adjourn until next Monday.
