Saudi Will Soon Open Its Embassy In Baghdad

The head of the National Reform Bloc, Hilal al-Sahlani announced that Saudi Arabia will open its embassy in Baghdad very soon after the completion of some technical and security measures.
He told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that this step is clear evidence of the Iraqi openness to the Arab neighborhood, which Saudi Arabia represents one of the important pillars.
He added “The country’s leaders visits to Saudi Arabia in particular, comes under a new Iraqi policy based on turn the past page and start a new page based on mutual respect and non-interference in the internal affairs”.
It is mentioned that Saudi Foreign Minister, Saud al-Faisal said, during a meeting with President of the Republic Fuad Masum, Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari and the Iraqi delegation that visited Saudi Arabia in 11 of the current month that “Iraq is ours and it is a supporter for Arabs and the Arab are supporters for its stability and unity, and he is eager to visit Baghdad soon.”/ End
