Industry supports Czech companies in the reconstruction and investment in Iraq
BAGHDAD / ... said Minister of Industry and Minerals Naseer al-Issawi, on Thursday, that the Iraqi government is serious in supporting the Czech companies to contribute to the reconstruction of Iraq and invest in and strengthen the bilateral relations between the two parties.
He said a press release, "Eye Iraq News" received a copy of the "al-Issawi met with Czech ambassador to Iraq, Alexander Langer to discuss economic relations and prospects for future cooperation between the two countries in various industrial fields.
The statement quoted the Minister of Industry confirmed "that the Iraqi government is serious in supporting the Czech companies to contribute to the reconstruction of Iraq and invest in and strengthen the bilateral relations between the two parties."
And that "the field is open for Czech companies to enter Iraq and to benefit from the available investment opportunities in the ministry companies to introduce their expertise and advanced technology available to it to benefit them in the development and modernization of Iraq's industry." Stressing the need to encourage the Czech companies to enter the Iraqi market and the exchange of experiences and visits between the two countries.
He pointed to "the desire of the Government of the Czech ambassador to the expansion and development of cooperation relations with Iraq, stressing the readiness of Czech businessmen to enter the Iraqi market and to participate in the implementation of industrial projects for the development of Iraq's industry and contribute to the reconstruction of Iraq."
