Legal Committee discussed a number of draft laws to be submitted for the first and second reading
Legal Committee headed by MP Mahmoud al-Hassan and the presence of gentlemen members of the committee was held on Sunday, 30/11/2014 a meeting to discuss a number of laws to be presented to the House of Representatives acts schedule projects. During the meeting, discussion of the draft organization of work of advisers and report and presentation for the second reading the law in addition to lifting the first draft amendment to the Law legal provisions that prohibit courts from hearing cases No. 17 of 2005 to the second reading and report as well as a discussion of the draft law amending the Act Trials Code No. 23 of 1971 and report and presentation for the second reading. The meeting discussed the project Cancel dissolved Revolutionary Command Council Resolution No. 959 of 1978, and report and presentation for the second reading, as well as examine the House bill and presented the first reading of the law.
