Zebari: Arbil and Baghdad oil a final agreement
Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari, said the agreement signed between Baghdad and Erbil today on oil and the final budget.
He explained Zebari told Reuters that the federal government approved the agreement, at today's meeting, saying, adding that the agreement became final agreement.
Zebari said, the federal government and the government of Kurdistan agreed on Tuesday on the export of 300 thousand barrels of oil per day from Kirkuk and 250 thousand barrels per day from the Kurdistan Region through Turkey.
