Kurdistan: the oil agreement between Baghdad and Erbil will help to reduce the budget deficit to 27 trillion

Ahmed added that "the region's oil imports will go to the center, and this will help to reduce the budget deficit ratio," stressing that "the agreement will reduce the budget deficit of 42 trillion to 27 trillion dinars."
