He wrote Al-araji on in (Facebook) that the peshmerga are to guard the territory under its Constitution, 17% of the allocations of Iraqi ground forces, pointing to "the formation of committees to end the contentious points unresolved, to complete its work within six months.
Al-araji said, "for the Secretariat, we found the Kurdistan Regional Government Iraq seriously and in good faith to end disagreements, they have been part of this country and want to be part of the solution, and that the Federal Government was keen to end the dispute on the constitutional means to achieve national interest and for two reasons, first to achieve national reconciliation and strengthening of State revenues from the oil agreement."
