Shafaq News / Deputy Prime Minister , Bahaa al-Araji announced that Peshmerga forces has 17% of the Iraqi ground forces’ allocations.
Araji wrote on his (Facebook) that Peshmerga forces are guards of the region and under the Constitution, they have 17% of the allocations of Iraqi ground forces, pointing to “the formation of committees to finish the points of outstanding issues to complete its work within 6 months.
Araji said “we found that Kurdistan Regional Government is serious and has well-intention to end disputes, as they indicated that they are a part of this country and want to be a part of the solution, the Federal Government was keen to end this dispute in constitutional means to achieve the national interest for two reasons, the first to achieve national reconciliation and the second to promote state revenues through the oil agreement. ”
