The Prime Minister's Office for the "direction" in: failure to pass the budget because of falling oil prices

Return the Prime Minister's Office on Sunday delayed approval of the draft general budget of the sagging oil prices in the world market.
Office spokesman tributary Jabouri during contact with the channel direction, "said the Council of Ministers meetings to this subject and there was a political consensus on the adoption of the budget, but low world oil prices prevented it, noting that Iraq is totally dependent on oil revenues in the preparation of the general budget.
The changing economic conditions provide a good opportunity to review the structure of expenditures and thus run the ministries more efficiently by reducing wasteful unnecessary expenses, help reduce the deficit.
Iraqi economists agreed with the IMF's fears of the impact of falling oil prices on the budget of Iraq and criticized the Iraqi Government for not preparing properly budget contributes to the development of other productive sectors.
