Twilight news/Iraqi Prime Minister Haidar Al-Abbadi will move forward in addressing the causes of terrorism in the country, adding that defeat Organization (daash) will not be achieved without a comprehensive government reform and national reconciliation, and reconstruction of the economy and society.
Al-Ibadi said in an article entitled "unified Iraq address ldaash" published in the Wall Street Journal that recent oil agreement between the Central Government and the Kurdistan region of Iraq is a historic agreement that ensures equitable distribution of wealth, and that Kurdish on the weapon they need in the face of daash, noting that his Government had opened up to Sunni tribes in areas under the control of daash.
He said the new Government welcomes the accession by Kurdish forces and Sunni tribes to fight against daash.
Abbadi said that the authorities in Baghdad to impose State control over all armed factions, and rejected the arming of any group without government supervision.
He said the international community had significant commitments must be met, of arming of Iraqi forces, and prevent the flow of foreign fighters, and thought that encourages terrorism.
