MP: There are agreements between Baghdad and Erbil in isolation from the recent agreement
BAGHDAD - ((eighth day)) MP for the rule of law Hassan Rashed that there are agreements between the government in Baghdad and Erbil, in isolation from the recent agreement. He said Al-Rashed told ((eighth day)): that there are agreements between the government in Baghdad and Erbil, in isolation from the recent agreement on the track and there was a visit to the Prime Minister of the province to Baghdad and there were agreements binding on the parties. He added that so far there is a commitment by both sides of the agreements concluded between the Government of Baghdad and Erbil and prejudice either party obligations will be reflected on all the agreements between the parties. He noted that the budget of the province of B (17%) of the general budget for 2015 fixed and there is no increase to balance the province according to the agreement between the two parties. Ended p.
