The Council of Ministers decided in its meeting yesterday to withdraw the appeal law provinces No. 21 of 2008 amended the Federal Court with the Supreme Coordinating Committee for Provincial Affairs, within thirty days, to re-examine the amended law and propose new amendments necessary to achieve harmony and smooth flow of work between the central government and local authorities in accordance with the principles of Constitution ".anthy 20
