Karbala governor: the transfer of powers and ministries to the provinces will enhance the development and service of the country

Counting Karbala governor Akil Turaihi, Friday, that the transfer of the powers of some ministries and local governments in the provinces will enhance the development and service of the country. He added that "the transfer of powers means activating the principle of decentralization which is a constitutional principle and Balrcn to this principle, the development of the country will be better than infinite power and wealth and powers, however, the center in the sense should be distributed equitably to all and be all partners in the construction and development process and thus lead to service citizen and believe that decentralization achieve this goal. "
The Council of Ministers decided in its 30 December last year to withdraw the appeal law provinces No. 21 of 2008 amended the Federal Court with the Supreme Coordinating Committee for Provincial Affairs, within thirty days, to re-examine the Amendment Act and propose the necessary adjustments to achieve harmony and smooth flow of work between the government Central and local authorities according to the principles of the Constitution ".anthy
