Parliamentary Foreign likely to be the headquarters of the Saudi embassy in Baghdad outside the Green Zone

Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Relations suggested that the Saudi embassy in the capital, Baghdad headquarters outside the heavily fortified Green Zone security and includes the majority of government offices and diplomatic missions.
Committee Chairman Hassan Chuird told all of Iraq [where] that "Iraq has created more than one site to the Saudi Embassy in Baghdad, including inside the Green Zone, and another old headquarters in embassies Street Mansour area," referring to "provide facilities in this regard."
He added that "the Saudi delegation, which will visit Iraq soon will have the freedom to choose which of the embassy will be determined with the diplomatic staff of his country and Iraqi facilities provided in this aspect."
An official source at the Saudi Foreign Ministry revealed yesterday that "the technical committee of the ministry will leave for Iraq this week, to arrange for the opening of the Saudi embassy in Baghdad and the consulate in Erbil and it was based on what was agreed upon between the leaders of Saudi Arabia and Iraq to reopen the Saudi embassy in Baghdad and the establishment of a consulate General in Erbil. "
"The Committee will develop necessary for the selection and processing of appropriate buildings for two missions Mbacherthma arrangements in preparation for the work at the earliest opportunity."
Saudi Foreign Minister Saud al-Faisal had told his Iraqi counterpart Ibrahim al-Jaafari during their meeting in Jeddah Conference, which was held on 11 September, the opening of the Saudi embassy in Baghdad soon to be "in a sign of the return of the two countries after the formation of the new Iraqi government.
