Cabinet: Smart Card expansion of credit capacity of banks

Directed the Secretariat of the Cabinet ministries and departments not related to the Ministry and the provinces to urge all staff to use the smart card substitute for financial cash.
According to a statement of the Secretariat received Nasiriyah newspaper "This uncles aims to reduce cash circulation to the magnitude of the risk, and maximize liquidity in Iraqi banks, and credit expansion capabilities, in order to achieve stimulate economic and investment activities.
And uncles that those banks willing to provide deposit and withdrawal outlets in places that fit employees.
