Cabinet: conversion ration card to the "smart"

The Commission recommended the release of the smart card pilot project, starting from the first of next month .
BAGHDAD / Obelisk: Terrace Secretary General of the Council of Ministers of the Supreme Committee for the reform of the ration card meeting to discuss the final steps to launch the project transferred to the smart card.
The Committee recommended the release of the smart card pilot project, starting from the first of next month, in the area of freedom of Najaf province, taking advantage of the capabilities available by the Ministry of Communications, the hardware configuration and linked to base data centers Supply in Liberty area.
The Committee also called on the Ministry of Commerce to rationalize contracts with international companies to import the ration card items, to secure the needs of the citizens over the current year.
Members of the committee, which includes the Director of the Prime Minister and members of the Office of the advisers and managers of two years and representatives of the finance, trade and communications ministries and the Baghdad Provincial Council, agreed on the need ministerial guidance regarding the cabinet's commitment to dispense with the ration card as a document of identification in official transactions.
And discussed Committee, which includes many of the names lineup, and the possibility to delete some or add others to it.
