Accused of Member of the legal Committee in the House of Salim Shawki, Monday, Chief Justice Medhat Al Mahmood b "adulation" for the Government of former Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki to stay in post.
Shawki said if God/information/, "the Chief Justice Medhat Al-Mahmoud was a toady of the former Government to remain in Office and that his comments today indicate this, he admitted having earlier exercised pressure on the judiciary and that many of the provisions were wrong and his wronged."
"The apology of who ruled for a short period or defamed totally unacceptable", adding that "there are attempts to separate the Federal Court jurisdiction, it may not be the same person who presides over the judicial branch headed the Federal Court".
