Parliamentary security is required to issue an amnesty for members of the armed forces

' He stressed how important on-Shammari 'dues peasants and farmers of the people of Nineveh province Exchange, pointing out that they' surrendered to the harvest of barley grain stores and granaries since last May and did not conduct their dues so far '.
