Parliamentary Legal Committee member Salim Shawki said that the Commission addressed the Federal Court to resolve the controversy over the mandate of prime minister two sessions.
Announced the Liberal Bloc submit a request for Presidency of the Council of Representatives, upping signed 88 parliamentary aims to prepare a draft draft law to determine the state of the Prime Minister, similar to other presidencies.
He explained Shawki told ( IMN ) "Constitution defined the mandate of President of the Republic two sessions did not specify the state of the prime minister, which requires a constitutional amendment."
He added that "the Legal Committee addressed the Federal Court to interpret the constitutional article in this issue."
Article (72) of the Constitution first "define the mandate of President four years and may be re-elected only for a second term."
