BAGHDAD / integrity newspaper said the Parliamentary Legal Committee member Salim Shawki "The Committee addressed the Federal Court to resolve the controversy over the mandate of prime minister two sessions.
Announced the Liberal Bloc submit a request for Presidency of the Council of Representatives, upping the signing (88) parliamentary aims to prepare a draft draft law to determine the state of the Prime Minister, similar to other presidencies.
Shawki explained in a statement, "The Constitution defined the mandate of President of the Republic did two sessions of the mandate of Prime Minister determines which requires a constitutional amendment."
He added that "the Legal Committee addressed the Federal Court to interpret the constitutional article in this issue."
Article (72) of the Constitution first "define the mandate of President four years and may be re-elected for a second term only" .anthy 4
