Said in a parliamentary finance committee member, said, "2015 budget allocated funds to the provinces producing oil within the petro-dollar project."
And between Masood Haider told all of Iraq [where], "it was one dollar allocation to the oil-producing provinces for each barrel and the allocation of dollars and one of the provinces which refines every barrel of oil," adding that "these amounts to be paid directly to those producing provinces and refined."
He added, "it was an exception in the province of Basra this project allocations were dollars and a half dollar awarded for every barrel of a product or a duplicate."
Haider pointed out that "the budget took into account the increase in these amounts in the event of high oil prices."
The parliamentary Finance Committee had agreed at the conclusion of its meeting today on the draft financial budget law for a total 119 trillion dinars to cut 6.5 trillion dinars after she was 125.5 trillion dinars, ".anthy 2
