Barzani: The Baghdad misunderstanding about the possibility of the region to increase the amount of oil within the prescribed agreement

The president of the Regional Government of Kurdistan Barzani, on Wednesday, that Baghdad has a misunderstanding about the possibility of the region allocate more of the assessed amount of oil within the last Convention, stressing the region's commitment to send the agreed percentage of oil, according to the agreement between the two sides deadline.
Barzani said in a statement after the ministers of the Kurdistan Regional Council meeting and briefed him "Alsumaria News, said that" there is a misunderstanding on the part of the Iraqi government in Baghdad, as it believes that the Kurdistan region can customize more oil to Baghdad from the prescribed percentage under an agreement the two sides recently, " He pointed out that "even if we had the potential can not be a rate increase that we agreed to."
Barzani said that "technically also can not be so," pointing out that "the process needs to appropriate infrastructure."
Barzani said "the Kurdistan region's commitment to send the agreed percentage of oil, according to the agreement between the two sides in a timely manner," stressing at the same time "the desire of the Government of the region to reach an agreement with the federal government."
Barzani pointed out that "the Kurdistan region faces significant financial problem," stressing that "the government will have to take some action to address the problem."
And approved by the Council of Ministers , in (December 2, 2014), on the oil agreement between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government, which provides for delivery of the Kurdistan region of at least 250 000 barrels of oil per day to the federal government for the purpose of export
