The parliamentary Finance Committee Rapporteur announced the meeting of the Presidium of the House of representatives with no agreement on resolving disagreements in the draft budget law for the year 2015.
Hamma Rashid Ahmed said each agency Iraq IGN that "shortly before the meeting ended without resolving differences on the troop buildup and customizations in the budget or the oil export mechanism between the Federal Government and the Kurdistan Regional Government."
"The National Alliance demanded a reduction in the number of job openings for the popular crowd forces to fewer than 120,000 jobs, while the Union called national powers not to cut such forces in the regions of the Western provinces without 50,000 jobs if it is lower, it does not include this number."
He noted that "Unlike most agree it is the Federal Government's insistence that all oil exports, including the product in Kurdistan through [Sumo] but the latter refused to do so and affirmed its commitment to export 550,000 barrels only through national pipelines and the more outside this company."
The decision of the Finance Committee that "the National Alliance objected to allocate 25 billion as expenditure for the Presidency in the national reconciliation and called for its abolition".
Rashid noted that "ANOTHER MEETING between the Commission and the Presidency of Parliament shortly BEFORE before meeting today."
The Presidium of the House of representatives met Monday morning with members of the Finance Committee to discuss the budget and make some modifications before the vote in the Parliament session scheduled today. comp
