A member of the US Congress: Discussing the military authorization for Obama in the war on the ISIS

Washington / NINA / The US House of Representatives member Adam Schiff said on Wednesday that he would introduce a bill to authorize US President Barack Obama to use limited force in military confrontation against the ISIS.
Schiff, a prominent member of the Intelligence Committee in the US House of Representatives, said that the bill would prohibit the use of US ground forces in combat missions in Iraq or Syria.
He noted that the current version of the mandate authorizing the US president to use force for a period of three years to be renewed later by Congress.
Obama has called in a speech to Congress to vote on the authorization allowing him to use military force against the ISIS in Iraq and Syria.
