Reports for ((eighth day)) confirms detention of Ahmed al-Maliki in Lebanon because of money smuggling

Responded to the Agency ((eighth day)) information to confirm the detention of Ahmed Nouri al-Maliki in Beirut because of money smuggling.
The source confirmed that the Lebanese security arrested Ahmed Nouri al-Maliki on charges of money laundering after being arrested in a house in Beirut and in possession of one and a half billion US dollars, and two people with him.
The source added that Maliki's visit to Beirut last month did not succeed should settle the matter with the Lebanese authorities, and he remained in custody in Beirut so far and that al-Maliki had commissioned several political figures and lawyers in order to find a way out of the crisis before they get out into the open.
The source said al-Maliki and his son have large cash liquidity in one Lebanese banks that were shifted from Iraq to Lebanon by an Iraqi banking companies run by a man named Syed Farhan, adding that Ahmed al-Maliki had to withdraw this amount from the bank for the purpose of washed to buy properties in Beirut and Dubai and London, according to the orders given to him from his father, Nuri al-Maliki.
In a related development, a source in the Ministry of Finance confirmed that this is not the first time carried out by Ahmed al-Maliki to transfer such a huge amounts of Iraq to other countries, where the source in the Elaf Islamic Bank, said the bank where he works has transferred more than three billion dollars to account Ahmed Maliki and other characters belonging to the Dawa Party, the ruling at the beginning of 2014, when al-Maliki was prime ministers from.
Which was confirmed by one diplomatic personalities working in the embassies of Iraq in one of the European countries, where he said that the information and were beaten on the transfer of an amount exceeding one billion dollars from Iraq by Elaf Islamic Bank in Basra (which is managed by a person named Syed Mohsin) to Ahmed Nouri al-Maliki and Yasser Ckal and Abu account Rehab (by marriage Maliki) in that European country.
