Cabinet approves accountability, justice and ban Baath National Guard laws
Baghdad-Iraq Press -3 February: the voice of the Council of Ministers, on Tuesday, to approve the draft amendment to the accountability and justice and the prohibition of the Baath Party Law.
The Council also approved in its regular on the draft law of the National Guard.
The Iraqi government has referred the three draft laws to parliament for approval.
The Cabinet agreed at its meeting last week to present the draft accountability and justice, and the prohibition of the Baath Party, the law at a meeting Tuesday.
Deputy Prime Minister also said Bahaa al-Araji, in the race of the day, the completion of the draft law of the National Guard and insert on the agenda of the government time. Ended (1)
