Accountability and Justice and the National Guard cripple 16 laws in Parliament

[ltr]Tomorrow Press / Baghdad revealed a member of the parliamentary committee Services emotions grace that 16 laws ready for the first reading in committee, but because of legal accountability and justice and the National Guard disrupted a lot of laws.
She said a blessing for "tomorrow", said that "all laws be read a first reading does not serve the Iraqi society because they are based on sectarian and political quotas laws while the House of Representatives leaves laws that provide services to citizens and eliminate a lot of problems."
She added that "the House of Representatives were busy much differences based on Qanue National Guard and the Justice and Accountability, disrupting legislation important and vital laws serve the servants of the Iraqi citizen," asserting that "can not delay or disrupt the work of the government because of national paper under which the current government was formed items and leave the area of the two authorities the executive and legislative doing its work. "
