Kurdish parliamentarian: We have evidence of trade-Maliki military ranks and positions

Kurdistan Alliance MP Hajuan Abdullah said that because of the lack of legal controls to give the military ranks, and the fact that al-Maliki's office was authorized in the distribution of military ranks and positions, he has easily trade positions of high military ranks.
Abdullah said "arrived as in the defense and interior ministries in the reign of al-Maliki that the senior positions and military ranks sold for sums of money, either the highest grade ranks were given away and granted by Maliki himself to people who are not aware of those professions not news, because of the absence of legal military controls and authorization Maliki's office to grant those ranks and positions on a whim.
Adding, "It was bought and sold as commander of the band and all other positions with ease, and we have evidence and documents of many to prove it."
