Parliamentary Finance emphasizes the government's ability to overcome the economic crisis

BAGHDAD / obelisk confirmed the parliamentary finance committee member Masood Haider, said Friday that the government is able to implement a strategy which goes beyond the economic crisis faced by the country.
Haider said in a press statement followed the "Obelisk", "The wrong fiscal policies in previous years caused the current financial problems and a lack of liquidity."
He explained that "the current phase needs to important point is to try to increase oil exports."
He added that "the government has a long-term strategic plans on increasing state revenue sources such as the promotion of investment and activation of the industrial and agricultural sector and other sectors."
He stressed "the importance of activating the tax revenue and customs, and to work on the application of e-government so that we have accurate financial statements."
The House of Representatives voted on the budget for the current year worth in excess of Al119 trillion dinars and a deficit of about 25 trillion.
