Scrap iron transfer from government ministries and institutions within six months

The Cabinet decided to cancel its previous decision No. (61) for the year 2014, and to amend the second paragraph of the resolution (497) for the year 2013, to become as the following: forcing the Ministry of Industry and Minerals transfer of iron scrap accumulated in the ministries and government institutions in sites located in the stable areas of security during the period of not to exceed six months from the filing date of the concerned party, and otherwise it is a ministry or institution is authorized to sell it to the private sector, according to the law.
According to the text of the amendment to the Ministry of Industry and Minerals in favor of the buyer to own factories locally competent to re-iron for domestic consumption only, with emphasis on stop any action on the scrap content in the hot spots until the security situation improves in).
