Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, said on Sunday that the session government next will cancel a number of ministries and transfer of powers to local governments, and when he called on governors of the provinces irregular province to be ready to work under those variables, stressed the need to end political competition and qualifying on the basis of partisan .
Maliki said during a regular meeting of the Coordinating Committee of Supreme provinces of non-performing province in a statement obtained, (range Press), a copy of which, "The session government next will cancel a number of ministries and will switch its powers to local governments so those governments willingness to work under those variables" .
Maliki said that "political competition must end because the local governments are the Governments of dedicated service to meet the needs of the citizen," noting that "the continuation of the playoffs based on a partisan basis will contribute to the reluctance of work and this will reflect negatively on the performance of the service."
