Prepare a memorandum of understanding to oversee the implementation of the oil agreement between Baghdad and Erbil

Announced the oil and energy parliamentary, for the preparation of a memorandum of understanding with its counterpart in the province of Kurdistan Parliament to oversee the implementation of the oil agreement between the federal government and the provincial government.
The Vice-Chairman of the Committee on the Qubool Bahadli said in a statement seen by the Agency for News Agency (et), "it was a program for monitoring agreements regarding oil province mode, as it has been hosting the oil minister in the federal government on a mechanism to deal with the region in the oil and export production and consumption, were heard to the opinion of the Federal Ministry of oil that there understandings fee fiscal policy to balance in 2015, during which".
"The Commission on oil and energy parliamentary, made a decision and initiative which visited the region to look closely and directly on the details of this agreement and understandings".
"The meeting has been achieved with the minister of natural resources in the region, and the Prime Minister of the provincial government and look at the mechanism to deal with the document and understandings regarding oil, as the region with the understanding on this matter and we have to understand".
And between Qubool "We see that all the revenue accrued from the export of oil must be delivered to the federal government and the oil is sold through SOMO, while the region sees that he has a financial dues to foreign companies operating there and this is a violation of our own".
He noted that "it was agreed to activate the special committees in this matter, and we agreed Kganta power [of the oil and parliamentary power, and the Committee on Energy in the regional parliament] to prepare a memorandum of understanding for the supervision and follow-up, and we hope to witness the coming days, the completion and implementation of this Convention"
