Oil Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi, that the agreement between Baghdad and Erbil contains no hidden issues and will be implemented soon, reiterated the ministry's intention to develop the oil installations in Kirkuk to reach production to 800 thousand barrels per day, while praising the role of the administration of Kirkuk and the Peshmerga forces to impose total control the oil and gas wells, the governor of Kirkuk Necmettin cream pointed to the existence of "good coordination" with Arbil and Baghdad on oil issue.
