Abdul-Mahdi: the enemies of the agreement, Baghdad and Erbil on the rise and we must act oil

Iraqi oil Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi Thursday that the "enemies" of the oil agreement between Baghdad and Erbil on the increase, stressing the need to enact oil law to overcome the crisis.
Abdul-Mahdi said during his participation in the Forum of Sulaymaniyah that "the absence of a law on oil and gas is the cause of its current crises facing Iraq," according to a statement of the library for "twilight news.
The oil Minister said in a statement to the media library received the Buratha News Agency on "the need for a special law on the production and export of oil," Noting "the importance of the oil pipeline between Kirkuk and Turkey."
Abdul-Mahdi said that the Iraqi Government does not deal with Kurdistan as a buyer of oil, adding that "the enemies of the agreement signed between Baghdad and Erbil on the rise".
With regard to bilateral relations between the two sides, said Abdel Mahdi, "Baghdad will remain the most important capital of llkord".
The oil Minister also said that "the 380,000 barrels (a day) to the port of Ceyhan in January, but the Iraqi Government received 135 Alpha only, and in February 436,000 barrels (a day) to the port of Ceyhan, which received 306,000 barrels of Government."
