Abdul-Mahdi: the enemies of the agreement, Baghdad and Erbil on the rise and we must act oil

Twilight news, Iraqi oil Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi Thursday that the "enemies" of the oil agreement between Baghdad and Erbil on the increase, stressing the need to enact oil law to overcome the crisis. Abdul-Mahdi said during his participation in the Forum of Sulaymaniyah that "the absence of a law on oil and gas is the cause of its current crises facing Iraq," according to a statement of the library for "twilight news. Abdul-Mahdi said that the Iraqi Government does not deal with Kurdistan as a buyer of oil, adding that "the enemies of the agreement signed between Baghdad and Erbil on the rise".
With regard to bilateral relations between the two sides, said Abdel Mahdi, "Baghdad will remain the most important capital of llkord".
The oil Minister also said that "the 380,000 barrels (a day) to the port of Ceyhan in January, but the Iraqi Government received 135 Alpha only, and in February 436,000 barrels (a day) to the port of Ceyhan, which received 306,000 barrels of Government."
And resumed Iraqi oil marketing company SOMO export through the port of gihaa late last year through a pipeline for Kurdistan and following the conclusion of an agreement between Arbil and Baghdad in December.
Under the agreement, adhere to Kurdistan to export 550,000 barrels per day from Ceyhan through Sumo in 2015 compared to resume payments to the territory.
And on Monday the Kurdistan Regional Government said it received 97 percent of Sumo raw amount agreed upon during the past period.
Data download showed from the Turkish port of Ceyhan reported by Reuters on Monday that the Iraqi Kirkuk crude downloads reached 400,000 barrels per day for the first time since the agreement from an average of 350,000 barrels per day over the last week and about 275 to 300 thousand BPD in February and January.
